		<description>I really like the spagetti squash - the first time I tried it I wasn&#039;t sure so I was pleasantly surprised.

Just cut one in half, place in a large pan with a couple inches of water and bake - until it&#039;s fork tender.  (I&#039;m sure there are more specific instructions around some where - but I think it was like 350 degrees for 30 minutes).

Once cooked use a fork to pull through the squash creating &quot;spagetti&quot;.
