I got tagged by Always on the Go-Go to tell you 8 facts about myself.  Hmm, how about my 8 favorite things to eat?

1.  The Blue Cheese Chopped Salad at Outback Steakhouse. I never liked Blue Cheese at all until I was pregnant with Kaitlyn, and then I craved it all the time. This salad is sooo good.

2. The Pasta Weesie at Carraba’s. It’s Shrimp sautéed in a garlic, lemon butter, and white wine sauce with sautéed mushrooms and scallions, served over fettuccine alfredo. I’m sure it has more calories, fat, and carbs then I should eat in a week, but it is SO delicious!

3. A really, really good bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. There is a small Italian restaurant here in Lansing called Emil’s,  and it makes the best spaghetti sauce I have ever tasted.  Give me a salad with some Thousand Island dressing, the spaghetti and meatballs and some good, warm Italian bread, and I am in HEAVEN.

4. Muffins- I love them! Blueberry, chocolate chip, poppyseed, banana nut- I love muffins.

5. My own Cola Chicken recipe, served with mashed potatoes and steamed green peas.

6. Freshly baked Tollhouse cookies!

7. Movie theater popcorn with the white cheddar topping, and a big cup of Diet Coke

8. The  Whiskey River BBQ burger at Red Robin-mmmm!
