The Four Foods Meme

Sewing Mom tagged me for this meme, and even though it’s supposed to be Four Foods on Friday, I will be in Memphis on Friday, so I’m doing it today.
This is a quick and easy meme and a way to help us get to know our fellow bloggers. Just answer four food related questions and tag a few other bloggers. Here’s my answers:
1. How do you like your eggs cooked? Any special ingredients? I love eggs, but only scrambled or in omelettes. Ham and cheese omelettes are my favorite!
2. What is your favorite cold sandwich, made on two pieces of bread? The leftover Thanksgiving turkey breast, on white bread with mayonnaise. There is nothing like it.
3. What is your favorite pie? I only eat pie on very special occasions, but my favorite is Dutch apple-apple pie with a crumb topping. And Cool Whip!
4. Name one food you refuse to eat and why? Canned mushrooms. The smell and the rubbery texture make me want to hurl. I pick them off of pizza and out of spaghetti sauce at restaurants all the time. Bleeeuuuggghhh.
