		<description>The big trick to the really thick ones is to whip the egg whites to medium peaks separately than the yolks, milk, and cheese. Then mix the two and cook. I do not know if the combination of the two techniques could add more fluffiness when used together, or just deflate the omlette. The blender will not help, but a hand mixer will.</description>
