I’m a big fan of the recipe finder, because you can search by ingredient, and I love the “Careful and Care-Free” Meal plans. Typically, “diet” plans only tell you what to eat for dinner. These meal plans have four weeks of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with a printable weekly menu, recipes, and shopping list.
