I couldn’t believe it when Dennis from emealsforyou asked me if I wanted to give away three ten-year memberships to the site! A year normally costs $31.00, so these prizes have a cash value of $310.00. Which is seriously generous!
So, what is emealsforyou? I’m so glad you asked!
“emealsforyou.com is an on-line service for customized web-based meal planning, recipes, shopping lists, wine pairings, techniques and ideas. We’ll provide you with meal plans and recipes you will love and more importantly, your kids will eat.
Simply make your choices from hundreds of recipes and meal plans or create your own from our recipes, complete with photos. Point and click and you have the recipes and shopping lists ready to print on your printer.”
I’m a big fan of the recipe finder, because you can search by ingredient, and I love the “Careful and Care-Free” Meal plans. Typically, “diet” plans only tell you what to eat for dinner. These meal plans have four weeks of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with a printable weekly menu, recipes, and shopping list.

I’ve heard you mention emeals before. It sounds like an interesting concept. Maybe I can get out of the rut of cooking the same ol’ recipes all the time.
