The makers of Del Monte and Starkist want to help you and your family live a healthier life, so they teamed up to create the Just One More for Healthy Living website. There you will find the “Eat Just One More” pledge-Add Just One More serving of fruits and vegetables each day, Just One More serving of healthy lean meats like tuna each week, and Just One More physical activity each day. Take the pledge and you will be eligible to receive an “I Pledge” starter kit for just $2.50 shipping and handling, which has:
# Valuable coupons
# Pedometer
# Recipes
# Tips for succeeding
# Expert nutritional advice
My favorite part of the Just One More for Healthy Living website is the Recipes and Tools section. It has great recipes that use fruits and vegetables, a recipe box, a meal planner, and the Personalized Pantry feature. You provide information on the size of your family, ages, and health needs, and you get a suggested amount of Del Monte and Starkist products to keep on hand to ensure enough servings for everyone. I’m just not sure if the recommended amounts are per day or per week.
This website is packed with great information and recipes and it’s worth checking out. This is not a sponsored post, I just want to share this great website with you!
