Menu Plan Monday Sept. 29-Oct. 4th
By Elizabeth | September 29, 2008

I’ve been really slacking off on planning my menus lately, but it’s going to be a busy week so I need to not have to worry about running to the store at the last minute. Here’s what I’m planning to make:
Monday- Fish filets, candied yams, roasted green beans
Tuesday- Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, steamed frozen peas
Wednesday- Baked Cheese Manicotti with Homemade Marinara, green tossed salad, italian bread
Thursday- Tuna Noodle casserole, crescent rolls, steamed peas
Friday- Pizza Night. I’ll be making myself a homemade Hawaiian BBQ Pizza using Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough.
Saturday- Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken on rolls with oven fries and corn

Very good menu.
It really does help when life is busy to have a schedule of what you are making! Menu planning is just a must with kids, I think! lol. I remember when mine were younger how hectic things could be!

Nice menu. At least know I don’t have to think everyday what meal to make for my children :)… and nice idea of storing week’s grocery.
