I can’t find any photos from my 2000 or 2001 photo files from Halloween, not sure what happened. Here’s one from 2002 with me and Ryan in a glow in the dark skeleton costume, downtown East Lansing does a big Candy Walk every year where you go to each participating business and get a treat.
When I worked for the Credit Union, Halloween was a huge deal, each department came up with a theme and competed to have the best costumes and decorations. The winning department got a catered lunch. One year my department did the Flintstones and my Mom helped me make a Betty Rubble dress, I so wish I had a photo of that!
