We tried all three flavors thanks to Jamie at Zeno Group. My first reaction on opening the first bag was that they looked exactly like giant croutons. And you know what? They TASTE like giant croutons! Which, for my husband and sons, who consider a bag of croutons a snack and not a topping for salad (which of course leaves me with no croutons to use on salad), this is the perfect snack!
Roasted Garlic & Herb tasted just like that, with a prominent garlic flavor. The ingredients label lists a “spice blend” that contains, what do you know, “spices”. Way to vague it up, New York Style. I would guess oregano is in there. Rosemary & Sea Salt reminded me exactly of the way stuffing tastes on Thanksgiving, not surprising since Rosemary is a commonly used spice in Thanksgiving dishes. Quattro Formaggio was my favorite of the three, with a good tangy cheese flavor.

Thanks for posting your discovery! I typically try to avoid processed food, however I am weak at times, and I may have to try the Quattro Formaggio flavor!

Mmm, I too subscribe to the croutons as a snack camp, so I think I’ll have to scrounge these sticks up! Sound yummy!
Oh yum….giant croutons. I am trying to diet before the holidays but this is NOT helping me. Must. Not. Cave. But they do sound very good!

My favourite snacks are Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps. Yummy.
I recently discovered the garlic and herb Focaccia sticks. I love them, and they are kosher too!! They are nice and strong in their garlic flavor, and so addicting! . . lol!
But the Ingles stores in Bryson City and Sylva (North Carolina) have suddenly quit carrying them!!
Where else can I get them?
