I didn’t think it was possible to improve on the All-American Burgers recipe that I usually use, but the last time I made them, I discovered we were out of a key ingredient, Worcestershire sauce. I needed something that would provide moisture and flavor, so I used Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce instead. You can click the above link to see the original recipe; I substituted about a tablespoon of Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce for the Worcestershire.

I shaped the patties and cooked them in the electric skillet. 2 pounds of meat makes 6 thick burgers:

The finished burgers were so juicy and they tasted fantastic! Kaitlyn’s face is messy in this photo because she had already taken a huge bite out of a burger half before I could set up the shot!

whoa…..looks like a little fairy tasted a long the way of helping mommy cook..the way it oughta be….:) can NOT believe she is a tiny little girl now….um…WHEN did that happen!!! Big smiling eyes just like her momma’s…and I’m sure Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce tasted delish but methinks her twinkling glo is cuz she is with YOU!!! ;)

Oh wow! Those look so good! I love juicy burgers and I can never cook them right. My wife does a better job than me. I’ll have to remember that sauce you used (Country Bob’s).
