Weekly Meal Plan

1bag5dinners_hlWell, I missed Menu Monday again. I am just so busy on Mondays with all the emails that come in over the weekend! And since my husband gets paid every other Wednesday, I’m not thinking about a new weekly meal plan until Wednesdays.  For this week, I’m using one of THE BEST ways to plan five dinners I have EVER come across, and that’s the KraftFoods.com “1 Bag 5 Dinners” meal plans.

There are four plans, each focusing on two kinds of meat- Chicken & Beef, Chicken & Pork, Chicken & Seafood, and a plan called Healthy Living that offers lower-fat recipes. The recipes use just a few ingredients each so you have less to purchase.

You also can view and print out a PDF with a shopping list and all the recipes. The shopping list even has extra lines on it for other items you need to pick up at the store!  If you click that link in the previous paragraph, look in the top left corner of the site for links to all the 1 Bag 5 Dinners plans.
