I know, I know, it’s Sunday! We have just been going non-stop all weekend. I’m going out of town tomorrow afternoon and I won’t be back until late Tuesday, so I wanted to get this and my Menu Monday post up now so you lovely readers will have something new to read!
Here are this week’s Four Foods on Friday questions:
#1. Suggest a question for FFOF. Something fun is in store for the one whose question is chosen.
Share a recipe that calls for breakfast cereal.
#2. Share instructions on how to make your favorite smoothie or shake.
V8 V-Fusion Goji Raspberry Smoothie
In a blender, combine one cup V8 V-Fusion Goji Raspberry juice, one cup frozen raspberries, one cup vanilla yogurt, and one cup ice cubes. BLend until smooth. Taste, add sweetener if needed. Yummy!
#3. What’s in your favorite panini?
I don’t make paninis, but I order them at Blimpie sometimes. My favorite is the Tuscan, which is oven-roasted turkey, pepperoni, provolone, roasted red peppers and creamy Italian dressing.
#4. Share a recipe for potato salad.
Our local grocery store makes a potato salad with hardboiled eggs in it that is so good. I’ve never figured out how to make it homemade and get it to taste as good as my Mom’s did.
You can play long and see more answers to these questions at Fun, Crafts and Recipes.

Charla- Thanks! That’s the smoothie I “invented” at the Campbell’s event when we met the V8 V-Fusion team :)
Corrin- The small college I first went to, in their cafeteria, they made “treats” out of the breakfast cereal. We had Froot Loops treats, Cap’n Crunch treats, whatever they felt like making!
Auntie E- That panini does sound good!
