Easy Spaghetti and Meatballs
Prep Time: 20 minutes, Cook Time: 20 minutes, serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
One pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce (or any flavor)
8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs and egg in medium bowl; shape into 12 meatballs.
Bring Pasta sauce to a boil in a 3 quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Keep covered to minimize splattering and stir occasionally so it doesn’t stick. Gently drop in uncooked meatballs by putting each one in a ladle or large spoon and carefully lowering it into the sauce.
Reduce heat to low and summer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until meatballs are done. Serve over hot spaghetti, sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you like.

I have similar spaghetti recipe with this but I only used flour in my meatballs. Perhaps, I should use breadcrumbs next time to make my meatballs firmer. thanks for giving me an idea :)
Thanks for the great recipe, the ONLY way my son eats ground beef is in spaghetti, I will have to try these out!
