Here’s what I’m planning to fix for lunches and dinners this week. Breakfast is always cereal or toast with peanut butter so it doesn’t require much planning. I’m not going to assign specific meals to specific days because I fix meals based on what I feel like having.
1. Grandma’s Spaghetti Sauce from the blog Eat At Home, a new recipe blog I just discovered. It’s a really good one with easy recipes that appeal to the whole family and free printable menus and recipes. I recommend you pay her a visit.
2. Campbell’s Italian-Style Chicken served with Creamy Italian Noodles and green beans
3. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
4. Orange chicken, stir fry oriental veggies and sauce (from frozen), rice
5. Pizza night
6. Leftovers!
7. Possibly pot roast if I can find a good sale on the meat
What are you making this week?
