I’m back from four days in Orlando! I had an amazing, AWESOME time at IZEAFest! It was so hard to leave the 90 degree temperature there yesterday and come home to 40 degrees here in Michigan :) But, I missed my family so I wanted to come home of course!
While I was gone, my husband did an incredible job handling everything by himself! He took the kids grocery shopping and clothes shopping, made a housework list on Sunday afternoon so they could get the house tidied up before coming to pick me up at the airport, and he even cooked up a batch of spaghetti sauce for dinner tonight. I could get used to that! lol I’m in the mood for tried-and-true recipes this week, plus I feel like doing a little baking. Here’s what I have planned for our dinners:
Monday: Chris’ spaghetti sauce over cheese tortellini, crusty bread, steamed veggies
Tuesday: Tasty Onion Chicken, Sour Cream Pan Biscuits, and Spicy Green Beans – or what I like to call a Finger-Lickin’ Chicken dinner! Click the link for the three recipes!
Wednesday:
Thursday: Slow Cooker Easy Cheesy Chicken with brown rice and steamed carrots
Friday: Pizza Night
Saturday: Lasagna, garlic bread, salad
Sunday: Leftovers!
Here’s a tip: Springpad makes it super easy to plan out your meals and print a grocery list! The URL is http://my.springpadit.com/, you can follow me at http://my.springpadit.com/table4five. There are a lot of great apps for it like a blog post planner!
