I will serve this over gnocci that have been pan-fried in home-made bacon fat. The tender-crisk gnocci with a light bacon flavor should be the PERFECT compliment with a salad of micro-greens and tiny little sweet santa tomatoes drizzled with basalmic glaze.
November 2nd, 2009 at 1:36 am
Ok, I can’t type… the entry above should have said “tender-crisp” LOL. Of course I boil the gnocci first before pan frying them.

first of all, how do you pronounce that name?
Bourguignon? sounds french to me..
looks yummy, i love anything with beef, and i think it would be nice to have elbow pasta instead of rice, is that okay to use? and have toasted onion bread, i think that would make it more yummy…

Oh, that looks sooooo good!
I think I would serve it over (or maybe just with) popovers, to match its festiveness. I think with all the veggies inside, I could skip a salad, but I’d make that decision after seeing the actual portions and ingredients.
This looks like a product well worth trying, and worth serving on special occasions. Thank you for the giveaway!

I would serve it over noodles like it’s shown in the picture. This looks like such a great meal idea!

I would probably serve the Beverly Hills Kitchen’s Beef Bourguignon with a nice salad and a loaf of crusty bread. Add to that a nice bottle of good red wine, soft music, candles …..
