I think I would serve it over (or maybe just with) popovers, to match its festiveness. I think with all the veggies inside, I could skip a salad, but I’d make that decision after seeing the actual portions and ingredients.

This ia a meal for the good china and candlelight. Served with salad , over rice or noodles with creme brule for dessert. Asparagus spears for the vegetable.
I think I would have delicious noodles to go with the beef, plus crisp green beans, and a salad to go with it. For dessert? I ALWAYS want ICE CREAM!!
