Seared beef, beef stockpot, black pepper, various vegetables and a long cooking in the pot about three hours or so. No salt. Carmelised steak that has a beef stock rub and is fried in good quality olive oil in a really hot pan. Hungry just thinking about it. No salt. Chicken is chicken and beef is beef, a truism but the two don't mix. Sounds like a disaster! Creamy and chunky made from chicken stock and roughly chopped veg.
