I like to sprinkle some frozen blueberries in oatmeal after it has just been made. It cools it a bit and tastes great! My now 5 y/o has liked to eat frozen blueberries since she was around three. She just eats a small bowl of them as a cool treat.
My children love blueberries they will eat them in anything I put them in or on there own.
