Whether you’re feeding just your family or a big crowd, Byron’s Fully Cooked Pork BBQ is sure to please everyone! Made with slow cooked, hand-pulled pork mixed with a spicy sweet sauce, Byron’s is available in a four pound tray that serves up to 30 people, and in a pack of two 24 ounce trays for a smaller crowd.
Byron’s sent us the four pound tray for review, which seemed like an awful lot of barbecue, but once I pulled the tray out of the oven and we smelled it, the five of us couldn’t eat it fast enough! In addition to the shredded pork, there were bigger chunks that my husband claimed as his own :)
I served the barbecue on kaiser rolls with potato salad and raw veggies on the side for dinner the first night, served it again on rolls for lunch the next day, and then Chris and the boys finished up what was left for dinner that next night. Can you tell we really liked it?
Byron’s BBQ is available at Sam’s Club and BJ’s, check your local store for availability.

Was hoping you could answer a question about this product…we really liked it also and couldn’t near finish it in one sitting BUT we forgot to put it in the fridge and left it on the stove overnight…do you think it would still be OK to eat since it’s smoked, etc.?
Thanks.
No, I am not THE Byron who made this BBQ, but I do know that this should be refrigerated, so I don’t suggest eating it after being left out for more than a few hours.

You got me drooling while I was reading your post. It does look really delicious on the picture. I’m already thinking about the hand-pulled pork mixed with a spicy sweet sauce. I should begin gathering all my friends and make sure we’d finish everything on the table.
Wow! Looks tasty. And while I’m reading this, suddenly I craved for smoked barbecue. I think that would be great while drinking beer with your friends. Lot’s of beer and friends. Thanks.
I never heard of Byron’s brand before. Thanks for posting this and reviewing the product. I’ll have to keep an eye out for it.
BBQ Smoked Beef Brisket Tacos Finally meaty post for a little , after the joys of discovering indirect heat BBQ and getting a little carried away with BBQ Smoking joints we have lots of meat leftovers that need eating…
Looks really delicious. How’s the price? Is it expensive or its reasonable enough?
