Chris’ Paprika Chicken

Sprinkle boneless skinless chicken breast with, in this order, Lemon juice, olive oil, lemon pepper, paprika. Pound flat. Top with slice of butter. Spray the broiler pan with cooking spray.

Broil chicken on high heat for 10 minutes, flip it over, broil another 2-5 minutes or until browned.
