You have two days left to enter the Allens, Inc. Feast Your Veggies on This original recipe contest. Submit your original vegetable-based recipe by May 15, 2010 in one of three categories – family entrées, southern favorites and appetizers/side dishes. The top fifteen recipes in each category will be chosen and judged on innovation, flavor and visual appeal, and the top winner in each category will receive one year supply of Allens brand vegetables. Second place winners will receive a six month supply of Allens brand vegetables and third place winners will receive a one month assortment of Allens vegetables.

“At Allens, we love hearing from consumers about their favorite recipes,” said David Brown, Directorof Retail Sales, Allens, Inc. “This contest gives us the opportunity to connect with our consumers on a new level and share great tasting, healthy recipes from all over the nation.”
