It’s Fall, tomorrow is the first day of school for my boys, and on Friday we leave for a family vacation at Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City! In other words, I’ve got a hectic but exciting week coming up. Here’s what I have planned for dinner:

Here’s what I’m planning to fix for lunches and dinners this week. Breakfast is always cereal or toast with peanut butter so it doesn’t require much planning. I’m not going to assign specific meals to specific days because I fix meals based on what I feel like having.
