Dinner: Tilapia, Brown Rice, Broccoli, milk
Snack: Yogurt, crackers
WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: Cereal, bananas or apples, milk
Lunch: Ham Sandwich, pretzels, apples, juice or milk
