			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://momcooks.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/mpm-1.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-2476" title="mpm-1" src="http://momcooks.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/mpm-1.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="150" /></a>Happy Monday, everyone!  I have bronchitis which leaves me out of breath when I do pretty much anything, so I&#8217;ve been very grateful for my husband&#8217;s willingness to cook dinner this past week.  He even went grocery shopping today, with it being Sunday AND the Super Bowl, I can&#8217;t believe he got out of Meijers in one piece! lol</p>
<p>I&#8217;m washing my hands constantly and coughing into my elbow, but I still worry about preparing food, so I&#8217;m also grateful for my 15 and 13 year old sons, who grumble about being asked to help with dinner but can do pretty much anything in the kitchen with supervision.</p>
<p>These are the meals I planned for this week:</p>
