Elizabeth posted this in Brown bag lunches on August 28th, 2008 There’s no rule that says sandwiches have to be made on bread. Any kind of sandwich filling, from meat and cheese to peanut butter and jelly can be made with the following:
Flour tortillas-spread with fillings, roll up, then roll in Glad Press N Seal or place in a baggie
